Sneakies is a tool for tracking and presenting the results of a game of golf. It is not a betting product, a sportsbook, a payment processor, a money transmitter, or a financial service.
Sneakies does not process payments, hold funds, accept deposits, pay out winnings, or transfer money between users or to itself in any form. There is no wallet, no balance, and no cash-out. The Service has no financial interest in the outcome of any round and takes no fee, commission, rake, or other profit tied to play.
Point values, "stakes," spreads, or dollar figures that may appear in the Service are informational scorekeeping displays only — a way of presenting the result of a round. They are not an offer, a transaction, or a transfer of anything of value. Any arrangement that players make among themselves is solely between those players, is entirely voluntary, and takes place off the Service. We are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, any such arrangement.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Laws relating to games, contests, and wagers vary by state and locality. You agree that you will not use the Service where doing so would be unlawful, and you are solely responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you register and keep it current. You may close your account at any time from within the app.

The Service may generate written recaps and summaries of your rounds using automated tools. These recaps are produced from the data recorded during your round and are provided for entertainment. They may contain errors and should not be relied upon as an authoritative record.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that scores, statistics, or calculations produced by the Service are error-free, and you are responsible for verifying any result that matters to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sneakies and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including, without limitation, any arrangement, dispute, or loss between you and any other person. Because Sneakies processes no money and is not a party to any arrangement between players, we have no responsibility for the settlement or non-settlement of anything between users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sneakies and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your arrangements with other users, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is effective when posted, indicated by the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sneakies is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
